Secure Payments

All transactions are processed via industry-leading gateways including Yoco, PayFast, and direct EFT. We also support Pick n Pay in-store payments for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds and changes are governed by our partner-aligned terms. As a Flightsite and Travelstart partner, we mirror the specific airline and operator conditions.

24/7 Support

Our consultants provide extended availability seven days a week. For urgent issues, our WhatsApp emergency routing is active until 11:00 PM South African Time.

1. Governance and Compliance

Urban Travel and Flights is a fully registered South African entity, operating with complete CIPC registration and SARS tax compliance. We adhere to BEE compliance standards, ensuring our business practices support local economic growth and professional integrity.

2. Partner Network Obligations

We operate as a premium intermediary through the Flightsite and Travelstart partner networks. While we manage the logistics and booking experience, users are also subject to the terms and conditions of these primary providers and their respective airlines or transport operators.

  • Booking confirmation is subject to carrier availability.
  • Pricing is dynamic and only guaranteed once payment is finalized.

3. Payment Verification

To prevent fraud and ensure passenger security, Urban Travel and Flights may require proof of payment for EFT transactions before tickets are issued. For credit card payments via Yoco or PayFast, the name on the card must match the primary traveler or the authorized corporate officer.

4. Emergency Routing

In cases of flight cancellations or bus delays by the operator, our consultants provide rapid response assistance. While we strive to secure alternative routing, additional costs imposed by carriers are the responsibility of the passenger unless specified otherwise by the carrier's own policy.
